Here at The Makeup Mirror Co, we believe we have found the best vanity mirrors in Australia, and other super helpful products to complete your home or studio set up!
However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), please contact us through email@example.com within thirty (30) days of purchasing.
Our returns policy extends for 30 days following your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate your return, please contact us first by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the packaging as this is not where we process our returns.
Change of Mind Policy
All of our product descriptions have dimensions and extensive images to assist you with making an informed decision. Our team are also available to answer any queries to assist your purchasing decision. We strongly suggest that you carefully review any orders before proceeding.
In the event that a product is not suitable for your needs, or if you have simply changed your mind, products can be returned to us for an exchange or refund, however they must be in the new and unused condition, with all of the parts, packaging, boxes and accessories where relevant.
We reserve the right to deny refuse a refund, or refund a lesser amount, if we deem the product has been used and is not in resalable condition. Please take care when opening as packaging needs to be in resaleable condition. Change of mind returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
All refunds due to change of mind will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded. This restocking fee does not apply when returning for an exchange or store credit.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the freight/shipping charges and insurance associated with the return unless the product is deemed to be faulty or incorrect. This is to ensure there is a proof of delivery for these goods being returned.
Tracking information must be provided to us in order to verify the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
For any defective, damaged or incorrect products, we will endeavour to replace the item as quickly as possible. We may however ask for it to be returned to us so we can verify and investigate the defect.
We reserve the right to offer a full refund if the replacement product is not available.

Sale items (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on sale items. Please contact us directly to determine if this is possible.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
Goods Not Received
If it has been more than 10 business days since you placed your order with us and you still have not received your parcel, please get in touch with us so we can investigate this further with our external courier company. While we do our very best to make deliveries happen fast, we do not make any guarantees and as such, any requests for a refund due to extended shipping times or delays will be denied.

Items must be returned as per the conditions above and the customer will still be responsible for return shipping costs unless detective or incorrect.
